This dry hop saison kettle sour has a refreshing fruity taste with grapefruit, pear, peach and pineapple qualities. It emphasizes our field to glass Cascade hops. Its appearance is hazy with a thin, white head and a sweet, hoppy finish.

Skydiver Saison Ale

6.0% ABV  |  18 IBU

Slight, smooth and delicious, this beer is made with banana hops. It is straw in color, has a banana nose with a pear and white pepper finish.

Irish Red Ale

5.5 ABV  | 18 IBU

Irish-style red ale uses a moderate amount of kilned malts and roasted barley. This beer has a reddish copper color with a light head giving off a clean aroma of caramel. Its smooth medium body is full of toasted notes and concludes with a characteristic light roastiness and a crisp finish.

Pineapple Pale Ale

This West Coast Pale Ale is golden yellow i color ad has a thick frothy head. It has hints of pineapple accented by Nugget and Perle hops giving it a spicy, floral complexity.

Kentucky Style Common Ale

An indigenous American beer style, this is a dark version of an American Cream Ale. It has a light spice with malty, nutty and caramel flavors.

Belgium Dubbel

The Belgian Dubbel is clear, full body beer that is golden honey in color with expressive carbonation. It is a heavy malt with strong caramel aromas and flavors and a banana nose. It’s spicy characteristics include white pepper and cloves.

Spontaneous Wet Hop Barrel-Aged Sour Ale

6.0% ABV  |  16 IBU

This spontaneous fermentation, wet hop sour ale was barrel Aged in a Buffalo Trace Barrel for ten months. It has a golden, crystal appearance. It hits first with a strong acidic punch and ends with a dry white wine finish.

Barrel-Aged Coffee Pecan Porter

The Coffee Pecan Porter has a nutty coffee nose with a sweet malt balance. Very dark, but still crystal clear. with beautiful head retention. Our Hop Farm Nugget hops were used for a smooth drinking beer.

Apricot Peach Sour Ale

We used our farms Nugget hops for this one. Flavor bursting stone fruits with a strong acidic punch.

Meadors Blackberry Braggot

This beer was maximized with South Dakota honey, adding our farms Lambic hops that were grown back in 2016. They were left in 100 pound bricks in the back of the farm, allowing them to oxidize. Evaporation of the Alpha Acids lets the hops become funky. We used the Log Flume Spontaneous Culture and put in Jack Daniel’s and Chardonnay barrels in 2019. Now it’s ready for you.

T Hill’s Boysenberry Double Sour

7.9% ABV  |  IBU 12

Barrel Aged on a #3 char in white American oak, this soured Belgian style beer has been aged for 18 months. It is fruit forward with a malty body consisting of caramel 60 and marris otter marrying well with our farm’s Perle hops. The boysenberries lend a sweet-tart flavor and a clear maroon color.

Black Moon

Light and refreshing with a white head, unfiltered dark hazy body that is thin in the mouth. With a sweet blackberry start and a grapefruit finish.

Strawberry Kiwi Kool-Aid Saison

This brew has 100 pounds of fresh kiwi, our farm’s Centennial hops and loads of strawberries. Enjoy this on our patio at the farm.

Farmhouse Sour

Pheasantennial Vienna Lager

Pheasantennial is a beautiful copper colored Vienna Lager with light hop characteristics featuring Cascade and Nugget hops. Munich malt and Vienna malt lend a surprisingly robust malt body with hints of toasted malt and floral hops.

Coffee Pecan Porter

The Coffee Pecan Porter is a barrel-aged beer made with pecans, chocolate and special B malt, coffee and our own Nugget hops. It has a bitter-sweet flavor with a strong coffee finish and hints of toasted pecans. It carries a malty sweetness with a subtle pecan aroma.

Tycoon White Wheat

A golden light body with citrus notes from orange peel & coriander. Chinook is a golden light body with a clean white head. Brewed with orange peel, coriander and Anderson Hop Farm’s Chinook creating a slightly sweet, citrusy finish.

Aronia Berry Wild Sour Ale

4.5% ABV  |  18 IBU  |  PH 3.2

This is a 4 month aged Farmhouse Sour with 700 pounds of Aronia berries and 5 gallons of honey added and aged again since September 2, 2018. It was then racked on to 42 pounds of raspberries and 42 pounds of pineapple. This is a fruit forward sour, with deep colors and a pink head. Fruity and earthy flavors end with a nice acidic finish.
